Why Gold & Silver Are Going To Continue To Go Up in 2011, 2012 & Beyond

I don't really like writing scaremonger material and generally try to steer away from that approach, however I now feel that time is truly running out and the window of opportunity to protect yourself from the threats looming large, and maybe even profit from the imminent global collapse is slowly closing, hence it's time to shout it from the rooftops to anyone who will listen.

Unfortunately the plain facts are that since the 2008 crisis struck:

EVERYTHING the US Government has done, from the bailouts, (TARP) to nationalising Freddie & Fannie, through their economomic stimulus (QE1) to the latest QE2 have only made things worse.

I (and many others, far more qualified than me) believe we are now facing a full blown US currency failure in the near future.

I read economic commentary all the time for the past 5 years, and the warning signs are now everywhere again, the eerie calm before the storm is exactly like 2008, and all the same writers who got it right before the last crash are shouting to anyone who will listen that it is imminent again, it's reaching crescendo level.

It could be weeks, or months yet, but we have the perfect storm of rising oil prices, global civil unrest, caused in part by the US efforts to save it's banks, translating to higher food prices all around the world, and looming bankruptcy in multiple major banks and countries in Europe. There is just NO POSSIBLE WAY OUT of this now, your only choice is to get THROUGH it.

This is the $ million question. What you must NOT do, is nothing, complacency will mean financial disaster and ruin. This hub is not intending to regurgitate information over and over, but I will summarise and then link to the best hubs and pages on the various subjects.

Of course everything depends on your exact situation, if you areading this from a small apartment in Brooklyn your arrangements will be quite different to someone reading from their cattle ranch in Wyoming, however similar principles always apply:

• Financial - History's #1 proven refuge from this is buying Gold and Silver, if you have $ Dollar denominated investments, stocks, bonds etc, even with the large rally seen since the bottom in 2008 you have already lost 15% of your wealth due to the dollar devaluation since 2008, when measured in "Real Money, Gold.

• Practical - take every precaution and measure you can including:
  

1. Storing tinned and dried food, and water
2. Buy tools, and learn how to use them.
   
3. Get to know your neighbours, you won't be able to do this alone
4. Protection, as required.
   
5. Plant and grow your own food if possible.
